The three-part design makes it easy to transport. No required maintenance for base or fire bowl. After every wood-burning use scrape food residue into the fire and wipe cooktop with cooking oil.

A: The Stirling 40 is built with weather-resistant materials and is designed for year-round outdoor use. Like any outdoor grill, proper care and maintenance will help preserve its appearance and performance, especially in coastal or high-humidity environments.

Q: How do I clean the Sterling 40?

A: Scrape food residue from the cooktop into the fire and wipe with cooking oil. This should be done after every use.

Q: How long does it take to heat up and cool down?

A: It takes about 30 minutes for the cooktop to heat up and about an hour to cool down.

Q: What types of food can I cook?

A: All varieties. From seafood to steak to veggies. You can also use pans on the cooktop. It's very versatile.
